Purchase of the most necessary for medical institutions, children’s hospitals

Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, more than 500 medical institutions have been damaged, more than 70 have been completely destroyed. Many of them are still in the line of fire. Since the beginning of the war, medical institutions in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Odesa, Mykolaiv and other oblasts have been hit. The war undermines the work of many areas, including the health care system. Those medical facilities that are far from the front line have a double load. The number of shellings in various cities in Ukraine is not decreasing, and civilians are still wounded in large numbers, even while at home. The number of injured children is also increasing, for example, doctors of many children’s hospitals in Kharkiv region do not return home, spending the night directly at work.

Now, we are constantly receiving requests for: surgical instruments (scissors, tweezers, clamps, scalpels, needles); suture material (vicryl, kapron); dressings (bandages, gauze, wound dressings for burns, plaster bandages); antiseptics and disinfectants; medicines (solutions, analgesics, antibiotics, antipyretics, painkillers, etc.); consumables for the intensive care unit (filters, circuits, catheters); medical devices (gauze bandages, elastic bandages, cotton wool, syringes, needles, systems, diapers, protective masks, gloves, plaster, wound dressings, sterile wipes, first aid kits); medicines (solutions, antibiotics, antihistamines, antipyretics, painkillers, etc.); antiseptics.In addition, in areas where hostilities continue and pharmacies do not work or it is difficult to buy medicines, the drugs are distributed not only to hospitals but also to clinics or doctors, they must be distributed free of charge if available and needed.
